City Gardening

Lorraine Flanigan is a freelance writer and editor with a passion for gardening. Her work has appeared in leading gardening and lifestyle publications and on the Web. She is editor of Trellis, the newsletter of the Toronto Botanical Garden and writes the City Gardening column in the Town Crier newspapers and the President’s Choice Garden Blog for Loblaw Companies. A Master Gardener based in Toronto, Lorraine has given presentations on gardening techniques at Canada Blooms, the Toronto Botanical Garden and to various horticultural societies. She gardens in mid-town Toronto on a long, narrow property with a garage positoned smack in the middle <argghh>.
